Crafting Why no "shared" bp drops?

hi,

why is cyrene the only planet only looting their own bps? on all other planets you have the chance to loot universe wide shared bps like for example pioneer(L) or welding wires...

from my observation, the planet specific bp drop chance are the same for each planets...in addition you also have the chance to loot "shared" bps...two different chances which doesn't interfere..

on cyrene you only have the chance to loot planet specific bps...so you loot less bps overall...when on other planets you would loot a shared bp, on cyrene you just get no bp...

i don't understand why they (MA or cyrene staff) did this... any explanations?


PS: same strange thing with blp ammo in hunting..why you don't loot blp ammo?

I'm still perusing this info from MindArk and getting all the data before I make a possibly incorrect statement.

There should be BLP Ammo in hunting loot, very strange if there is not, I'll add this to the loot check list.

there are also some good bps in the generic junk pool....like mark.2e bps, shear pro600 bps, athena amp bps...that are just the ones i remember now..

the Problem seems not only to be the missing BPs... ist also like those BP´s are some Kind of "Trigger" for crafting Returns. At all other Planets with good (L) (L) BP´s usually come bigger hofs... at Cyrene... NOTHING. So this Returns are missing. Ist basically the same as Missing (L) loot from Mobs. Those that dont drop (L) Items dont Hof Big for usual.

i am 100% sure i looted all of those i mentioned on ark and rt...

i remember looting them on the other planets and in addition i almost don't craft on caly anymore..so i am more than sure

i think it is the other way...bigger loots trigger (L)bp(L) drops...but that's my personal opinion only...

speaking about bigger loots (globs hofs)...cyrene gave me nice big loots and good returns in crafting overall compared to other planets...so i personally don't believe the missing "good" (L)bp(L) have influence on globs/hofs or tt return

Here i disagree, i would rather get a cyrene bp drop of the same category then a generic one (provided there are cyrene ones of that category). Cyrene blueprints increase the demand for cyrene resources, generic blueprints will get sold on caly auction.

i also want to mention, that alot of generic bps would make sense to drop on all planets...some examples:

-space thrusters
-warp drives
-quads
-vehicle repair tools
-welding wires

those are bps for items which are essential for the whole universe with no planet specific alternatives

After all hunts last night....no blp ammo returned. I use laser...

Will maybe try a blp run to see if I just get blp ammo back. That would be 'convenient'.

in the year or so ive been on cyrene ive never gotten blp ammo. it just dosnt drop.

Hey guys I thought I put in my two Pec since I crafted shit tons on Cyrene and other Planets. Be careful what you wish for. But eventually each crafting category will be sufficient enough to allow shared Bps = General Blueprint drops. I would call The Cyrene Specific Blueprint drops only a pioneer stash. Eventually The General blueprints will drop in each category and all will be balanced, Im not sure if MA has to manual connect the Blueprints to the Current Drop Pool, Or If they start dropping via a trigger. Currently 'Vehicle' Crafting is dropping 'wind screens', 'component' crafting is dropping 'basic bearings'. But it seems they have to manually be put in. This will all be fixed in due time
