Is there more to it? Can it make rain or conjure up a golem or open a wormhole to somewhere deep if a certain number of avatars dance or worship-emote around it?
The description text of the Fenris Sniper Rifle does not actually make it clear that it cannot be used on other planets, this "to work on Turellia" is at best cryptic to the uninitiated. The weapon pops up in auctions everywhere and people are buying it because both the stats and the price are...

Thought maybe someone here might be interested in a little software tool I made for capturing the difference between two inventory snapshots, so you can easily track your expenses and returns, but...
Thanks. Darn, I better save up for the moment one gets sold, then. No idea how to tackle this mad beast anyway, save an unknown number of them. They don't happen to count in with any mission on related species, I assume? (Same idea as recently about the Officers.)
I know it has been mentioned, just to cast my vote: If it was possible to do away with the forced unequipping of one's mindforce implant (and, ideally, clothes) then a major nuisance would be no more.
I agree that it currently is a bit chaotic and some streamlining is in order. I am confident that a workable compromise will be found. Just hoping that the "work" aspect doesn't get to take over people's minds completely. Kris and the team certainly have a big wallchart with all the paths drawn...
There I've been around in EU but I guess my playing style is pretty autistic, as I haven't searched nor listened to folks and every of their little tricks :D
Only thing I had noticed, for a while I got something good in the loot within minutes every time I deposited myself. After the fourth...
Yes, but for the sake of your good night's sleep, you do want to preserve the history that led to the result, and back it up in a raid system and then some. Otherwise the smallest hardware or software failure can erase everything worked for so far. Been there, done that... (been in software...
If a full audit trail is preserved, then every atomic event is stored somewhere anyway, likely in the same database here just with a location tag. So virtual location makes no difference to physical resources. Without audit trail, a single accumulating cell would suffice. But this is risky and...
Is this true?

I don't want to partake in the drama going on over there, but would like to understand the subject better.
It has happened to me 2 or 3 times that I accidentally shot someone else's mob because I mostly use "next target"(*) and auto shoot. Then I apologize and try to move away a bit. But when it gets crowded like around the Kerberos, I see it often that others keep encroaching and always come after...
Thank you very much for the enlightenment. Hard numbers or not, good to have some insight to keep folks from going off the rails. I gather as a hint, that future events like the Tide Claw Madness test balloon will likely be directed at areas that most need a booster.
Wth make the dailies happy, but leave the big ones alone, not like on Ark (IFN Terminals pls no). I also dislike the telemagical Caly solution. For the dailies, a mobile terminal was suggested above. Maybe in irony first, but might be cool actually, some kind of pda/communicator you receive...
I do see your point, of course. We just don't seem to want the same game, then. The devs will have to decide which way the (probably monetary, not democratic) majority is leaning. I don't want to get riled up on the silly terminals. They alone are a minor issue in the whole picture I mentioned...
I can't fathom that getting to shake your virtual feet just a little bit after ever longer and longer grinding mission stages counts as unbearable to some. It's about a minute lost against tasks that take days, weeks or even more...
:HellNo:
With respect, I disagree. I like it better the "old" way. Isn't there anybody left who is not a hardcore grinder asking for all-flat landscapes, clean single-maturity mob spawns, ideal if they would just line up orderly and wait for their turn thank you, and those boring terminals, too...
@Kris, is it possible to put a quantifier out in the open, or would that be asking for trade secrets? No idea what it's measured by, but just for example if we'd get to know that hunting for x million damage points / mining with x probes dropped within a month are needed for sustainance of a...
