They're just rare. Everything but lysterium and crude oil is rare. I'm not a miner but out of curiosity I did over 500 dual (ore+enmat) drops and never got anything but lyst and oil (although these are abundant).

The thing is, this message is seen by everyone, so by the time you come to the marker - your Psychidon is already killed by the guy, those Psychidon was killed earlier :). The only thing you can do is to stay at the marker waiting until someone else spawn his Psychidon, and kill it. Sad but...

The easiest way would be making the positions in the auction lists with stuff from hub/tt colored red, like it was with goods located on other planets in pre-Space times. It would bring attention to the descriptions.

I'm completely disappointed with the new Spear texture. I was hoping they'll fix the low quality sharp lines, but instead they replaced elegant matte black steel with dirty green celluloid :( Compare the lines on the quad and the spear:
