it's the same for all shirts. the black part is uncustomizable on all male shirts, but female shirts have no parts that are uncustomizable. I think this is an intended part of the male shirts

I am a bit curious too as to why cyrene is the only planet with this sort of loot system. The loot wave gives little to no incentive to keep killing once the loot wave is over. If you can ask them to at least have hides drop outside of the loot wave, then there will be a reason to keep killing
