The aim of this guide is to showcase Planet Cyrene as it is currently is to the rest of the Entropia Universe and why it is worth the time to visit in its current development cycle.

Updated for VU12.8 : This guide covers enough to get you started on Planet Cyrene. There is a wealth of information in this guide to get the ball rolling with your adventure, helping you through the first few days or weeks of your arrival here and enough for you to do the daily missions for the rebellion and many places to explore with help from my guide.

Welcome All to Planet Cyrene - An Introduction

We start this guide in Cyrene's capital city of Janus, this guide is designed for the solo adventurer to explore and enjoy what planet Cyrene has to offer during the Soft Launch phase of this new world for a low starting budget of $10USD (100PED), this can be done via the deposit link on the Entropia Universe HUD (the first $10 deposit requires you to start your journey without waiting to verify your credit/debit card) there are few other deposit methods available, but we are going to play with just $10 to start off.

The Fact is that Cyrene is a new world and the population center has yet to grow, so at the moment selling sweat is just a waste of time, Note that Vibrant sweat will become a commodity on Cyrene eventually cause it is the first world that uses it for crafting however there are not enough people on Cyrene that will buy your sweat. Dont bother with fruit and stones for the moment either.

Up the stairs is everything you need to gear up for your adventure once your deposit of $10 is confirmed (you will have 96.50 PED on your card after exchange fees)

The great thing about Planet Cyrene is there Teleporter Network and all locations are available on arrival so no 'TP Runs' needed for finding Teleporters.​

The Challenge Quad at the Center of Janus

At Center of Janus (Teleport Location : Center of Janus) some starter missions are available before you begin your journey. The Yellow Exclaimation Mark above any NPC avatars (Non Player Character) means they have a task for you that may help you along your journey through Cyrene.​
* Challenger Russel will give you a mission to kill 100 Dire Weed Plants (Best Place to do this challenge is Area 9 at the Plant Research Camp) explained in Part 1 of your journey through Cyrene
* Zyn'Kimbo Envoy will lead you to the home of the Zyn'Kimbo race, there you can learn the basics of life in the wilderness of Cyrene and show you are up for the challenge (NOTE : Teleporter area works, But the Zyn'Kimbo Village Missions not functional at this time)
* Turrelion Envoy will give you instructions to visit the Hub (A PVP Arena which will be discussed further towards the end of this guide) info bots will help you to understand how the HUB arena works in the meantime
* Challenger Esther will give you a mission to kill 100 Tide Claw Creatures (Best Place to do this challenge is Area 7 at the A.R.C Training and Events Camp) explained in Part 1 of your journey through Cyrene
* Finally the A.R.C Envoy is technically the start of your adventure, click on this NPC avatar follow his instructions and start your journey on Cyrene.

The Storyline for New Colonists
Even though Janus is the main city for Planet Cyrene and your starting location or landing location (if flying in from another world), its not your home base at this time (maybe in the future this will change depending on where your loyalties lie after the planet goes full launch) at this time you are a colonist in a rebel faction called A.R.C (Acacia Rebirth Corps). As being part of this rebel faction all other factions are currently hostile against you. Note : you will be unable to scan information from enemy faction races however you can scan there creations (explained later).

Welcome to Acacia Rebirth Corps Headquarters, your new home for all new colonists of Planet Cyrene, Other factions currently have a ban on accepting new recruits but the A.R.C need all the help they can muster up in fighting the Imperium Government and the Sons of Remus. Planet Cyrene Soft Launch is sort of a Training Drill for what is to come for the future of Cyrene. Here is where you start your adventure.

Preparing for your Adventure
The Teleporter Name is A.R.C Headquarters for your home base. As you can see in the above picture to the Center Top is the A.R.C HQ Teleporter, See the yellow Exclaimation Marks again as mentioned above, they are potential missions (daily or one off). There are more Challenge Missions that await as you adventure into the unknown.

Ok now we will get ready for our first part of our adventure. Go to the Trade Terminal and buy these items (you can do as you please with what budget you have or if you prefer using your own setup). Ok now we are in the trade Terminal do the following.

In Armor --> Buy 1 peice of each A.R.C Pilot Armor (M or F)
In Weapons --> Buy a S.I Scoprion an S.I HK110 and for fun a S.I Flamethrower
and/or
For Melee Training --> Buy an S.I Psy Sword, Psy Blade and Combat Knife
In Medical --> Buy a S.I HEART first aid pack (FAP)

(for Gun users only)
With the left over PED on card buy 5.00PED BLP Pack (50,000 rounds) and the rest of your PED in Weapon Cells (x rounds)

Now thats done - Equip your new Armor. After your armor is equipped use the 'L' key and go to Keyboard Map and make hotkeys for your new weapons and FAP.

(Note that Armor is recommended but optional to use or not - you can choose to use Melee and Guns with your PED and forget about buying armor, remember its FREE to DIE so dont worry if you die.. dying is part of the Entropia Universe :))

Now your ready to start your adventure.

Part 1 : The Beginning of your Adventure.
Well we are all ready for our adventure so lets map where we are and the areas of interest.​

1 - A.R.C HQ Entrance
Our adventure begins at the bridge just outside A.R.C Headquarters, for a new arrival this is where your mission chain starts. I swam south towards the sea and came across my first creature on Cyrene. Recommended for All Hunters.​

2 - Imperium Mech Factory and ARC Mountain Base Camp

Arrived at the mountain camp for a breifing with Captain Doan, he has given me orders to check out an Imperium Stronghold within ARC territory just down the mountain path to the North West. I agree to check it out, after going down the mountain road I have arrived at this odd factory and encounter an Imperium Mech Facility. A.R.C R&D confirms military presence of Imperium Soldiers within A.R.C controlled territory, unfortunately the rebellion just can't seem to gain a foothold into this factory.​

Always heavily fortified, the Imperium Contingent always seem to be on the front line guarding this important facility, It would be a huge win for the Rebellion if we can eventually control this facility and wipe out the Imperium Contingent guarding it, then we may be able to utilise there Mech Technology for Rebel use (a huge positive for the movement) anyway lets see how tough these imperium soldiers are, now ive done my survillence of the facility, time for an infiltration exercise at the facility. Hmm.. they were pretty tough alot of fapping , but managed to get through a few without dying until the base commander came out of the factory office. Extremely hard solo and constant reinforcements arriving, there intelligence must be spot on, its gonna have to take massive casualties for the rebels to control this facility in my opinion. Recommended only for Skilled Hunters.​
Ouch - Died many times (Dying is Free anyway so doesnt matter) a number of deaths and some kamikaze charging and he was dead, The regen is mad on the boss so if i had armor it would be quite a bill after that challenge. New base commanders arrive shortly after infiltration strikes by A.R.C. Recommended only for Veteran Hunters.​
3 - A.R.C Island Mountain Pass
Make sure you have your mining detectors ready in this area (Ziplex Z1 ore finder can be purhased at the trade terminal and make sure you purchase an Extractor as well to extract the minerals), Set your detector to ore and you will find Zorn Star Ore around this area to the West of waypoint. Zorn Star Ore is important materials used for contruction of Armors, Weapons, Research & Development for the Rebellion. There is an Imperium Token reward for submission of 5 pieces of this stone everyday to the Miner Bot Collector at our headquarters. There are also another spawn of Mature Hackfin in the bay to the East.​

4 - Scout Bot 200 Area (odd Scout Bot 100)
This area has Lysterium and Zorn Star Ore as well as Crude Oil (for miners), also the primary place to gather those important Low Grade Power Supply to craft those Light Power Cells for Objective 1. Seems these scout bots are security drones for the Imperium, huge spawns of these bots around, obviously keeping constant tabs on A.R.C troop movements near the fortified Imperium Mech Facility and alerting Imperium intelligence on threats to their security. Recommended for all Hunters, A.R.C needs those Low Grade Power Supplies everyday to manufacture Light Power Cells, Imperium Tokens rewarded everyday for a submission of a Light Power Cell at our headquarters.​

5 - Ridged Swamp Area
This area has Lysterium and Crude Oil to mine, another new creature's habitat in the swamp is the Ridged Tree Dragon. Recommended for All Hunters and Sweaters. 400 sweat per mob and lower damage and less agro is a nice upgrade for the new players.​

6 - Flower Field

This field is one of 2 areas close by where it is a great place for skilling and sweat gathering, there is a nearby revive terminal in Area 7 and these Flowers give 400 sweat per plant as well as important Dodge Skill, however these plants have a little attitude problem they can attack without provocation if you get in range of there lethal venom spits. Recommended for Low Level Hunters and All Sweaters. Lysterium and Crude Oil to mine in this area.​
7 - A.R.C Event and Training Area

The A.R.C Event Area is the only place at this time to have a Land Marker on Cyrene. Lysterium and Crude Oil can be mined in this area, there is no Teleporter nearby but revival and terminals are present, There is a Ridged Tree Dragon mission NPC here (These mobs can be found in Area 5). Everyday the NPC Engineer On-Site requires 5 Ingots of Zorn Star Ore to re-build this Training and Event Base. To refine your Zorn Star Ore to create ingots, purchase a Refiner MR100 (purchased at any Trade Terminal), An Imperium Token is awarded for submission of these materials each day. Important to note that the Miner Bot Collector at our headquarters requires Zorn Star Stone (not Ingots), so make sure you have 5 peices of unrefined ore each day. The A.R.C Event & Training area will be home eventually to future events once enough Zorn Star Ingots have been stockpiled by rebel colonists out there mining, however its a great place for new players to skill sweating and hunting in the Flower Feild (Area 6) to the north and another creature to discover the 'Tide Claw' on the beach to the East. There is ample respawn so you will never run out of plants or creatures in this area. Recommended for low to medium level Hunters and Sweaters.​

This site is also the best site to do your Tide Claw Creature Challenge (If you haven't already got this mission in the Introduction of Cyrene, See Challenger Esther in the Centre of Janus) after completion of the challenge return to Challenger to recieve valuable Bravado Skill increase on your avatar.​
8 - Tide Claw Swamp
This area has Lysterium, Zorn Star and a new matter resource called Yellow Crystal, used for manufacturing and is also required at the Southern Basecamp (see Miner Bot Collector there at Area 14). An Imperium Token reward for each 5 Yellow Crystals submitted everyday at the Southern Basecamp. Tide Claw creatures also in this Area and the odd Fierce One.

9 - ARC Plant Research Camp

Mature Dire Weed Plants in this area. There is a Flora Research Scientist called Gardener Guy , he seems to be studying the strange Dire Weed Plants, There is also a Lost Soldier in the cave behind the camp. For miners resources found here are Yellow Crystals, Zorn Star Ore, Crude Oil and Lysterium. This site is also the best site to do your Dire Weed Plant Challenge (If you havent already got this mission in the Introduction of Cyrene, See Challenger Russell in the Centre of Janus) after completion of the challenge return to Challenger to recieve valuable Perception Skill increase on your avatar.​
10 - Swamplurker Marsh
Swamplurker Marsh is a bit buggy atm with yet another creature to discover the Swamplurker, they tend to dissappear while hunting so make sure you drag your health bar at this time when encountering this mob (3rd person hunting recommended). Area 9 South-West Marsh has Swamp Lurker Prime which are for new players to hunt these mobs, in the marsh.. however pack a little punch. Recommended for Low Level Players. A new resource can be discovered in this Area : The Green Crystal, however is a little rare to find..Crude Oil, Lysterium and Zorn Star Ore found in this area. Green Crystal is used for manufacturing , A.R.C R&D n in Area 12 also are also rewarding an Imperium Token each day for submission of 5 Green Crystals to there Scientists, so save your green crystals.. they are not easy to find.​

11 - Zeladoth Den

Welcome to the Zeladoth Den - before entering these mobs are tough. This is the habitat for the fierce Zeladoth monster. And its boss the Den Mother. They attack extremely fast and frequent, they will push you quite often to make it hard to fap during battle. Recommended for the Medium to Skilled Hunter.

12 - A.R.C Research & Development Outpost

Centralised in the middle of the island, the A.R.C R&D Outpost is the centerpoint for Research & Development in the Rebellion. Heavily Fortified with Mobile Turrets at all entrances and blocked off by mountains on either side, The Merefolken Race emobilise to the North of the outpost, always trying to advance further into A.R.C controlled territory. There is no teleporter here because the rebellions fears it can be used against us by our enemies. There are terminals available also Scientists and Security forces onsite, everyday R&D requires medical resources (Green Crystals) and a daily military attacks at the Heads (Area 13) to keep the merefolken from advancing further into Rebel controlled terriorty. R&D needs your help every day to all hunters and miners !

13 - The Heads

Normally 'The Heads' is a great spot for the rebels to relax and unwind, but lately Merefolken forces have risen from the oceans and emobilised at the Heads getting prepared to attack the rebellion. Fortunately A.R.C intelligence and Headquarters have held the Merefolken advance by pin point raids on there legion commanders Regent Halbird and Lord Psychidon, crippling any fortifications made by the Merefolken Race. A colonist of the Rebels seized a Greater Power Crystal in a Sea Battle with a Muck Jaw, seems a merefolken champion lost the crystal in its battle with the fearsome sea creature (more on the Muck Jaw later), until the rebels learn the secret of this rare piece of merefolken technology, this mutant race will keep the rebels on their guard now and into the future.

A.R.C R&D Commander in Area 12 are rewarding an Imperium Token for 20 Merefolken Kills during the raids each day. And A.R.C HQ are also rewarding additional Imperium Tokens for each Merefolken legion commander (below picture) killed during each daily raid, Reward collected at the A.R.C Terminal at Southern Basecamp Area 14. Lysterium , Zorn Star Ore and Crude Oil is mined in this area. Rare spawns of a new enmatter called Blue Crystal are found in this area. There is a daily mission reward for submitting these rare crystals (explained later), also used in manufacturing.

14 - Southern Base Camp

Southern Base Camp is the secondary command post for the Rebellion, with a Teleporter to transport materials and troops around Cyrene. Here at the basecamp there are Terminals for our colonists, An A.R.C Terminal is available here for rebel colonists to communicate with HQ after successful missions and to collect Imperium Tokens for each completed task (Eg. Successful strikes on Merefolken legion commanders at Area 13). Miner-Bot Collector near the teleporter is rewarding an Imperium Token for submission of 5 Yellow Crystals each day. Challenger Mordecai is present at this camp and wants you to kill 100 of the Swamp Lurker Race (Area 10 is the best place to do this challenge).

Part 2 - A.R.C Rebel NPC Personel
The following NPC Personel are here to help you (the rebel colonist) get used to working for the rebellion, each NPC here has a specific job for you to do to gain respect you need to advance in the ranks to become a veteran A.R.C Soldier or Scientist, Manufacturer (depending on your profession).​

A.R.C NPC Personel (Home Base ARC Headquarters)
* Long John Silvers (located in the inlet near the bridge entrance - Area 1) needs you to kill off some Mature Hackfin to enable fisherman to be able catch food for the base camp, seems these Hackfin are scaring the edible fish away from the inlet. If you help out the fisherman he will give you some Imperium Armor Plating for your service.​
* Corporal Hickson requests that you speak with Sergeant Tibbs​
* The Drill Instructor wants you to go to the Trade Terminal and purchase an S.I Scorpion pistol and some Weapon Cells to begin your training.​
* The Drill Instructor will order you to test your metal against some low level Scout Bots that are threatening to reveal to the Imperium the rebel base location. (Located in Area 4).​
* The Drill Instructor will spawn a weak robot for you to practice your combat skills. Should you require aid there are mobile defense turrets nearby. Failure to destroy the bot will require you to repeat until you succeed.​
* Engineer Ferguson has something special for you, however you need to go out into the wilderness (Area 4) and obtain a heap of Low Grade Power Supplies (160-200 Power Supplies should do) from Scout Bots, then go to the trade terminal and purchase a Light Power Cell Blueprint and A.R.C Blueprint Book (cost 1.01PED), put the blueprint into the book. Go to the Manufacturing Terminal and click on the Light Power Cell Blueprint and place your Low Grade Power Supplies collected into the terminal and click away until you have 10 Light Power Cells.​

Then go back to Engineer Ferguson and claim your reward (its worth it!).​
* Crafter Bruce needs a Light Power Cell as parts for A.R.C Spear speeders, each day craft 1 Light Power Cell (as image above) and he will reward you an Imperium Token each day
* G.I Joseph..no time to waste you must speak with him, he has important information you must know.​
* Miner 49r would like you to prospect the nearby fields for Zorn Star Ore, return once you have aquired 5 Zorn Star Ore samples each day . It will reward you with an Imperium Token each time.​

* Private Harwell needs your help, go kill 15 Tree Dragons (Located in Area 5), he will give you an Imperium Armor Plate for your services.​
* Requisitions Officer needs you to donate 5 Zorn Star Ingots each day to help this base get the fortifications it badly needs. He will reward you an Imperium Token for each donation.​

*Requisitons Officer Kevin requires 5 Green Crystals each day to help make First Aid Packs. He will reward you an Imperium Token for your service​
*Scout McCulloch needs your help each day in protecting our territory by staging raids at The Heads (Area 13) against the Merefolken Legion there. He will reward you an Imperium Token for your service.​

Southern Base Camp Personel (Area 14)
* Captain Crowsley needs the den cleared of Zeladoths (Area 11) before he can attempt to mine it. Exterminate any male Zeladoths until the Den Mother appears for a fight. Upon defeating the Den Mother, return back to Crowsley. He will give you an Imperium Token for your service.​
* Hollingsworth needs you to attack the Swamplurker Species in Area 10, but watchout for the Mutated Swamplurker. (Swamplurker is bugged at this time, advise using 3rd person by dragging the health bar before engaging them).​
* Miner 49r would like you to prospect the nearby fields for Yellow Crystal, return once you have aquired 5 Yellow Crystal enmatters each day. It will reward you with an Imperium Token each time.​
* There is a A.R.C Terminal at this camp giving daily Imperium Tokens as rewards for engaging 2 Merefolken Legion Commanders (Lord Pyscidon and Regent Halbird)​
* Quarter Master Dave has these rewards to purchase with Imperium Tokens collected on your journey.​

Great stuff here - a super tutorial and guide...

In part 1 you mention:

I must admit that I've not actually found that one yet (just a guard at the event area who is glad he is still alive), and I don't see it in part 2 of your guide either. However I've just flown over it fast so may have missed it....

I also made a comment about what you wrote about sweat in bps elsewhere, as I didn't want to take up space here, but other people have been commenting between your parts, so I will too this time (other planets also have sweat in bps, as well as the generic welding wire bp, needed in repairing vehicles).

I love the look and feel of what you have done, with pictures etc nicely cut and cropped and with infotext/stats!!!

I did not know that Cyrene has evolved that much.

Those Imperium Vet looks interesting, what kind of damage they do ? Burn and Penetration? If they do burn&pen, I would like to camp them for a while. Do we have any quest relevant to them?

Sorry to ask for too much information, I like to play on Cyrene again.

Part 3 - The Adventure Continues..
Ready to continue our adventure.. The neutral territory to the North West of our headquarters is huge, so we need 2 parts to cover this land mass, currently there are up to 40 areas of interest, but who knows even I might find more areas of interest on this continent that remains unexplored.. who knows where this adventure will lead us too.​

15 - Aerial Base Outskirts Camp and Imperium Air Base.

WOW..what a start to our adventure... we teleport from Area 14 to Aerial Base Outskirts and we find a possibly established Imperium Air Base, seems A.R.C Rebels have abandoned this post, and by the looks they were smart (just a few mobile defense turrets and some vehicles remain)..in fact i believe the imperium attacked this base once the scout bots located a possible incursion by the Rebels. Quite impressed how close A.R.C built a base so close to an Imperium Stronghold.... Nevertheless there are your basic Terminals here so there is enough equipment here to do some infiltration excercises at the Air Base.. lets see what drove the rebels out of this area..​

I manage to infiltrate the air base with my special tactics, quite a force here of Imperium Pilot Squads and a few Imperium Scouts (Watch out for the Base Commander Imperium Officer..see Area 2 for stats). Hunting here is recommended to Medium Skilled Players. Imperium pilots do quite some damage, not as much as the soldiers at the mech facility (Area 2) but they are still challenging. A lone Scout Bot 200 patrols the area so try not to grab its attention..haha.​

After a little mining around the Aerial Base finds of Zorn Star, Lysterium and Crude are found here.​
16 - 'Firefly' Plateau
This area is nicknamed because it looks like this area is enhabited with firefly's ..infact its actually the life essence from a Zeladoth around their habitat (Area 11 explains more about the Zeladoth). This area seems to be another habitat for the fierce Zeladoth Species. Zorn Star, Lysterium Ore and Crude Oil are found in this Area.​
17 - Eastern Peninsula

18 - Garvers Point Basecamp

A.R.C has set up a camp out in the wilderness, not sure what purpose this camp is here for but there is a Scientist here named Dr. Nikola. After speaking with him, it seems that he is out here surveying and studying the unusual Ancient Formations in the area and also studying the purple sap that leaks from them. Amazingly his studies have shown that the Empis Sap is in fact a possibily valuable resource, however the only way the sap produces this valuable resource is when it crystalizes by touching certain soils on the ground. Seems that the soils that crystalize must be very pure (something to do with humidity and light). Crystalized Sap is very rare and Dr. Nikola has been trying to harvest that valuable enmatter at this stage without success, for one reason is the area is infested by Wasps that feed off the Purple Sap from the Empis Formations also its there primary habitat. Finding these pure Crystals is very difficult. Hmm i was thinking maybe i could help him here, eliminate the wasps in the area as well as prospect for these rumored 'Pure' Crystals.​
19 - Garvers

Across from the basecamp I encounter the strange formations that Dr. Nikola mentioned and its time to explore these unusual formations and the Empis Sap that leaks from them.. Maybe this sap in its crystal form is some secret ingredient that will help the A.R.C Rebellion in its current conflict.. im gonna study this area further.​

After killing many Empis Wasps and prospecting around Garvers Point I finally came across a Pure Soil vein, containing the Crystalized Sap from the unusual formations, thinking it would of been purple, it seems light and heat from the humidity mixed in with the soil in the area has made the crystal turn Orange. Empis Wasps are recommended for the medium skilled hunter, the bugged L37 wasp is for veteran hunter due to its high attack , high damage rate. Zorn Star Ore, Lysterium, Crude Oil can be found in this area and if your lucky you may come across the Orange Crystal.​
22 - Mountain Pass

The Mountain Pass is a strategic area possibly leading to another A.R.C basecamp, great place to launch an ambush of any invading forces coming through Garvers from the Aerial Base to the East, taking a chopper (unfortunately i sold my Lancer to an arms trader for some superior weaponary for my merefolken raids) you can see the points of the mountains where surgical attacks can be made from. When it comes to war against the Imperium places like this would give us a slight advantage.. now im sure there is an A.R.C Settlement past these mountains.. lets explore further. Zorn Star and Crude Oil can be found in this area , with Lysterium Veins in the mountain areas.​
23 - Base Camp Epsilon

Was I right..or .. was i right :) Just passed the mountain pass pretty much looked like the main A.R.C basecamp however ... I realise that this area may of been comprimised recently as no A.R.C personel reside at this camp, Matter of fact I think this used to be the A.R.C Rebel Main Headquarters. There is a teleporter here and basic administration terminals. Lets have a look further..​

Well seems that this evacuation was only recent. L.T Locky looks like the last to evacuate , but he has a problem, with the relocation to the new headquarters the land vehicles encounters problems with Tide Claw across the shallow water reef. It seems the water is shallow enough for vehicles to get to the South Island but the Tide Claws seem to get in the way of the evacuation patrols. Time to get those crabs haha.. Also he mentioned to me that the rebellion has not abandoned this region entirely, there is a secret camp around the mining fields to the west, there are jobs there they need help with.. I was ordered to report to Scout Thompkins there. He advised to ditch the chopper here for the time being and take a S.P.E.A.R to the camp as Imperium Patrols maybe still in the area.​

24 - Secret EVAC Base Epsilon

Arrived as ordered to the EVAC base, seems A.R.C will remain here due to the plentiful resources in the area as well as trying to work out the functions of the unusual Drill Bot Drones in the mining areas to the South West. Maybe A.R.C will find a way to control these Drill Bots..but regardless they are working for someone... just who, is the big question. Scott Thompkins wants me to go into the mining feilds (Area 29) and kill 5 Drill Bots each day and report back to earn an Imperium Token for the service. Now the next officer requires Kaisenite Ingots, big question is where are they ? on my journey so far ive yet to find any Kaisenite stone, maybe its close by ..we will see by exploring all the surrounding areas. And Quarter Master Mc Donald has rewards available you can spend your Imperium Tokens on. Anyway our objective is to find Kaisenite as well as preforming my daily services to help the rebellion.​
26 - North Shore
Took the S.P.E.A.R on the road and over the hill towards the shore and encountered a huge spawn of creatures and man are they tough, I might have go to my arms dealer and get some armor and come back. Died a number of times but it was enough to work out how hard the creatures hit and how much health they have. Rhino's have insane health it seems.​

29 - Episilon Drilling Fields
About time I get my task completed for the day, I headed from North Shore straight to the drilling fields and believe it or not, there were heaps of Drill Bots mining in the area. Whoever controls those drill bots must have a very sophisticated operation in progress, maybe they are controlled by Skylab (huge city in the sky - will be revealed most likely when Cyrene goes full launch)..who knows, however they have there own defense systems against unwanted prospectors in the area. They have a lethal static electricity as a defensive means, they will only attack if you get too close of provoke them. Zorn Star and Crude Oil in the area. Drill Bots recommended for the low level hunter.​

30 - Imperium Supply Depot at the Fields

I come across lucious green plains surrounding this depot great place for mining, no hostile forces in the area near the depot except drill bot 1001 drones mining in the area, it seems like it was abandoned recently, however I sense the imperium close by, not much more than nice area to do some prospecting or hunt drill bots stealing resources from the ground. Zorn Star and Crude Oil found in the area. I see a road nearby could be the road to another imperium base, I will continue down that road.​
31 - Imperium Docks

I headed down the road and came across a huge supply depot many vehicles and possibly the base that launched the attack on Base Camp Epsilion just recently. Time to infiltrate the docks and see what troops they have in the area. Well as there was many many vehicles in the base, seems no imperium ships on the docks, the base only had a minor contingent of Imperium Scouts (see Area 15) and L30 troops which i couldnt identify cause most likely bugged at this time. I will launch more raids on this base in the future.​
Well this journey is quite interesting but I sense theres more to find in Part 4, ill come back and explore some of the missed areas and do some in depth detail on some places i just did a fly over on all areas in this guide, maybe theres rare ores or enmatters to prospect there, but no enemy forces as such in those areas. Lots more to explore . I see huge mushrooms in the distance up the road time to bring out the valkyrie and explore up this road.​
But in the meantime ill camp here and start again early in the morning with part 4. Hope your enjoying the information im supplying, theres ALOT more to come.​

Part 4 - The Southern Areas and Islands Above.
We have explored most of the areas on this map. From HQ through to area 31. Now we explore the remaining areas and make our way north through the islands to another continent above this area. Lots more to explore so enjoy the journey​

32 - Mushroom Paths..

The road ended and turned into yet another dirt path and continued on through these giant mushrooms, seems civilisation is gone yet again and time to enjoy the wilderness once more, no roads means no imperium presence however I always err on the side of caution as this area maybe hostile with creatures..

Came across swamplurker prime, a nice easy maturity for all hunters and there are quite a few around here. Seems theres more to this Pass than initially thought. For one we introduce a new creature, The Young Horned Bird can be a little nasty at times but is quite manageable for a low level hunter, has nice health and could also be sweated up to 220 bottles. These Young Horned Birds feed on heat it seems as the mushroom pass is heavily a volcanic area with hot springs around the area. Seems the volcanic soil has lured the swamplurker prime here along with some Poison maturities and is also the result why the volcanic soil seems to mutate the mushrooms in this area making them grow expendentially in size. I assume volcanic soil would mean that Yellow Crystals could be prospected in this area, along with the standard Zorn Ore, Lysterium and Crude Oil would be plenty around the hills of the pass.

33 - Misty Trail

Seems the volcanic activity around mushroom pass has created a sickening mist on this path Yellow Crystals seem to be attracted by any Volcanic Activity ive noticed, along with Lysterium and Crude Oil. Cant see much ahead at the moment unfortunately so ill procede slowly onwards, not feeling very well around this area, have to get through this grey mist.

Oh dear...get through the mist and more drill bots, seems my mining areas are interrupted by these annoying drones. Another perfect place to mine spoiled by those menacing bots. But i will keep prospecting around them. In the distance up the trail i think i can see a basecamp.. will it be friendly?

34 - Craggs Point West

Looks like im home away from home..ive arrived at another established A.R.C Basecamp and this one has a teleporter so I guess this is a very important post. Lt Johnson and Requistions Officer Wilco and Nealon are present here. Wilco requires daily deliveries of Blue Crystals (remember 'The Heads' Area 13) and will pay an Imperium Token for each delivery, and Lt. Johnson needs those drill bots eliminated each day and will pay an Imperium Token for each daily raid on those annoying drones.

Seems the requisiton order for Terminals here has yet to come through so they have temporary storage chests and wireless terminals available behind Wilco. Seems the soldier contingent is very big here, as this basecamp is an important strategic post for the rebellion. Nealon will reward you equipment in exchange for Imperium Tokens. with a research lab and everything here, this base seems to be prepared for a possible attack, seems the Sons of Remus maybe in control of the drill bots according to recent intelligence by the Tanhok ambassador

But still the Tanhok still have there force fields up in the sky, so at the moment they are not moving...they seem to be relying on A.R.C and Imperium Senator Neff for intelligence on the Sons of Remus movements., and also rumored reinforced versions are meant to be around as well, but ive yet to encounter one, seems the turrelion ambassador is having problems with these reinforced versions of these drones in there territory.

However we have problems arising by the day, according to rebel command with rumored Skylab infiltration robots, since the update.. there has been heavy robot acitivity on the northern continent ive been ordered to head to A.R.C Base Zeta to investigate these robot incursions , seems the turrelions have set up a depot on the northern continent as well, and A.R.C can confirm they are not from Senator Neff and definately not from the Tanhok, so they are most likely the Sons of Remus. Before i report to Camp Zeta I have a little more to investigate. But is Sons of Remus in control of Skylab..or could the merefolken be preparing to rise from the oceans ..hmm i wonder ??

36 - South West Beach
From Craggs Point West i head down to the beach, mining on the way down I encounter Lysterium, Zorn Star and Crude Oil. I wasnt prepared for what was down there, died 2 times on the toughest mob ive encounted yet. The Guardian Mang Chang..well im back to Craggs Point after reviving there after my second death and go to my storage box and pull out my armor head back to the beach and hunt several of them. Very though mob and almost impossible to hunt without armor. Way off the health of the Mature Rhino Beetle but still insane regeneration and 2000 health makes it a tough encounter of course with armor on.

38 - 40 : The Archipelago

Its sunset and while flying to ARC Base Zeta I decide to do a fly over over The Archipelago and see if there is anything special. Weak Tide Claw are abundant in this area (Stats refer to Area 44A) But a new creature , was hoping for the rumored skreel in the area, but unfortunately could only find its flying ancestor the Sky Wraith. Sky Wraiths are recommended for the low level hunter.​

I suspect the Sky Wraith is the next creature to get a re-balance in the future.

41 - ARC Base Zeta

I have arrived at ARC Base Zeta as ordered, my orders are to investigate the bot threat in the area and report to base command, there is a teleporter here and basic terminals, Challenger Jerome is here to provide Dexterity if you kill 100 Crystal Pede (wtf. is that?) hmm must be nearby. Will investigate this robot threat just outside the base then find these Crystal Pede creatures or whatever.

I investigated the threat and its real and quite a problem, according to scans they are humanoid bots, my suspicion I had before is getting more a reality by the day, Sons of Remus are rising, no doubt the northern continent will have alot of Remus activity, im assuming if there are presence of Fenris in the area and intelligence reports show rumored attacks in turrelion territory of Scout Bot 779s confirm Sons of Remus are on the move for what reason (world domination !!) I do not know.

Ample volcanic soil samples on the north continent means Yellow Crystals could be plentiful on this continent along with Lysterium Deposits, due to concentrated samples while prospecting, Zorn Star is not expected to be found here, im alerting rebel command of the robot presence and my suspicion (due to the bots being humanoid in orgin) that they maybe Sons of Remus controlled, also notifying the base of ample Yellow Crystal spawns across this continent. Time to move on

42 - Covered Swamp Lands

Down the track to the south of the Zeta Base I come across an unusual place, seems a swamp lands with rock formations sort of bridging over the swamp. Challenger Harman is close by near the mobile automated turret, time to have a chat to him.. He wants me to kill 100 Panleon creatures..hmm what are panleon ?. Another creature I have yet heard of just like the other challenger wanted me to kill 100 Crystal Pede. Maybe this swamplands is home to the Crystal Pede and Panleon time to check out this mysterious area.

Well those creatures have finally been identified. With presence also of Young Horned Birds maybe these rock formations are Volcanic as well, Fire Breathing Panleon were very tough and required armor , however the Crystal Pede absoultely harmless, both Crystal Pede and Sand Dragon recommended for all sweaters and hunters, Sand Dragon will deliver 400 bottles of sweat per mob. However the Mature Panleon is recommended for vetran hunters. Domestic maturity is rare and medium skilled hunters can hunt them. Lysterium and Yellow Crystals in the area. There are not enough Crystal Pede in this area to do the challenge but there is enough Panleon in the area to successfully finish the challenge.

43 - Turrelion Supply Depot

After negotiating several blockades of humanoid drones, I arrive north of Zeta Base and it seems the Turrelions have set up shop, was informed something like this would happen but why here.. The Turrelions are based far south in the desert lands. However this climate is temperate wonder what the Turrelions are really up to. Alerted base command of this situation and it seems they already know and have a survellience nearby. Lets see how tough these turrelions really are and whether they will attack us on sight, or are we friends.. this is the test ?

Nope :) We are at War !... I tried to be peaceful with no armed weapons for self defense and I was greeted with guns blazing.. neverthess no more Mr Nice Guy. I infiltrated the depot, killed many Dusters and they are recommended for the Medium Hunter, maybe one day there will be peace.. but obviously not today.. Time to head to the Survellience base.

44 - Survellience Base

Oh Dear..the base is empty just some terminals and no personel to be found, seems something has happened here, is this a Turrelion attack or the rumored Sons of Remus, even the survellience tapes have been ransacked, I reported to base command that the base is empty and they replied they lost contact with the base a while back but the details were kept classified for some reason. Time to move down the trail, have to get some proof who is really behind these attacks.

44A - Mysterious Ruins

Down the track I come across some Mysterious Ruins, unplanned I decided to take the beach track instead of down to the crossroads. Not much here but, maybe something will evenuate here in the future. I did encounter another maturity of Tide Claw, The Weak Tide Claw, recommended for low level hunters.

Time to camp here for the night and get a nice view of the sunset over the sea, it seems I need to rest before I move on, cause next part i believe we will have some interesting battles ahead. Here ends Part 4.

Part 5 - The Northern Continent (cont.)
In the second half of part 4 we enter the northern continent investigating an unusual humanoid bot presence still unable to work out where there loyalties lie. Suspicions that the Sons of Remus are the masterminds on this huge bot contingent. I remain skeptical that the Turrelions also have a part in this puzzle, investigating the rest of this Island may give the answers we are looking for.​

45 - The Crossroads

After proceding on down the long trail from the mysterious ruins, I come to a crossroads, strong humanoid bot presence in the area (See Area 41 for bot stats) made it quite a battle here. Took out many bots to get through the crossroads to the south beach, more waves of bots down towards the beach..this will be interesting.​
46 - The South Beach (near The Archipelago)

After battling through bots I finally reached the South Beach, but was not what I expected an usual rock formation up the beach grabbed my attention, but after exploring the area, there was not much to see unfortunately without my mining gear..maybe later on ill prospect this area.​
47 - Base Camp Gamma

Arrive at another abandoned basecamp this with a Teleporter and Basic Terminals, at the moment the base is surrounded by the humanoid bots, some even trying to get through the base defenses, it seems nothing much has changed ..however this base has communication outposts and room for many soldiers, I assume the rebels were driven out of this area by quite a force but still no idea what force yet.. Rebel command are giving out no information all this classified jargon..I guess my rank is not high enough yet to get the facts because by the looks of it, this is the biggest ARC base on this island..anyway time to head down the hills and check out the plains below.​
48 - Codename : Remus Supply Depot Alpha

Oh ..dear what happened. I was investigating this Supply Depot when a Scout Bot 779 spawned, I elminated it and mysteriously it self replicated itself, WTF.. this technology I have yet to see and believe it or not I was shooting 779s. each one spawned after another and another until... What i dreaded transported in, some self teleportation I guess.. A FENRIS GUARDIAN.. this means Sons of Remus have a major prescence in this area, this is what the rebellion wanted to keep classified this means WAR !.​

HA HA.. Remus... your up against a 7 Year Calypso veteran. you can do better than this. Anyway after a long battle the guardian is defeated, I suppose the chain will start again... but fighting this war is left for another day, I have a planet to explore :)
Fenris is only recommended for Veteran Players and Scout Bot 779s are currently only doing range damage (might be a bug) close combat at this time is recommended for any hunter , but make sure you dont get range on it (this will change in future updates) so while its venurable in close combat , it would be good experience. However if you kill many of these self - replicating bots , you may have to deal with Fenris and that is not recommended.​

49 - River and Lakes

After my battle I head up the river to lake for a bit of R & R, purple mushrooms that move in the wind very unusual but this is Cyrene its a mystery.. Confirmation of Drill Bot 1001 in the area near Remus Supply Depots.. in my eyes not a coincedence in my opinion Sons of Remus are controlling the Drill Bots. Unfortunately base command is not getting any more information from me at this time until i have solid proof of Sons of Remus involvement and that could take time. Crystal Pede creatures around here too so a nice peaceful place to do your Crystal Pede Challenge (see Area 41 for info), only those annoying 1001 drill bots will be in your way but its only a low presence of those bots around here. We end this guide resting here at these Lakes.​
