Bug Report Ecotron v.26b Prototype

Hello Arrado,
I would like to point out that vendor item stock is fully controlled by MindArk, and while Planet Cyrene does create the item, decides the currency and helps facilitate the details to MindArk, we cannot add/remove/decide the stock of the items.
That being said, I will reach out to MindArk to see if there is any issues with the restocking rate for the Ecotron v.26b Prototype, especially considering at the time of this message both the Tier 1 and Tier 3 UL weapons had at least 1 stock.
I will reply to this thread when I have more information.

Hey Arrado,
This wouldn't be the first time that support was incorrect about something with Planet Partners.
If it was my choice, these items would be set to nearly infinite because we now have the trigger item via the voucher, however to reiterate again, this is NOT something that Planet Cyrene can control.
I have personally reached out to Ulf as well as shot an email to MA about the status of the stocking + this incorrect support answer.
I'll reply again when I hear back from them.

I just finished talking to support about this case and got some good info from them, particularly the agent involved with this case, Ulf.
1) One Ecotron v.26b Prototype was last purchased 2019-02-12 21:54:53 from the vendor, so what your saying isn't really accurate, if you go there and it's out of stock it doesn't mean it hasn't restocked, just that someone else has bought it. I mean it's unfortunate, especially since it's a highly sought out weapon and people will want to acquire it as well.
2) I have a quote from him about vendor stocks:
You can interpret that as I said before: MindArk is in charge of the item stock.
3) Ulf told me that he will also take care of your open case and clear it up. So be on the lookout for that.
4) I'm waiting for a reply from MindArk about the status of the item stock for this weapon in particular, just to make sure that there's no hiccups or issues. Once I have more info from them I will post it here.

As you can see, the vendor is regurlaly stocked. But do not count on Mindark to release an UL weapon every day/week. That will totally destroy the market.
Spend your time on cyrene, go check the vendor everydays and cross your fingers to be the first to claim the weapon.
