How do you spend your time on Cyrene?

wondering how my fellow pioneers spend their time on the wonderous planet of Cyrene

i sweat pedes do the daily missions and mine with the tt finder, not much crafting for me though.

please share your habits if you dont mind of course. you dont have to post anything but an answer to the poll would be appericated.

I voted Other: I come to Cyrene time to time just to see how it's doing. I understand they are working hard on it..so I'll just say..hope you get it working well soon.

Some problems I have run into since it was released:

1. Seem to be getting a bit slow with a lot of lag and a really bad memory leak. I'm not sure if they contracted the planet out and have taken over but I'm guessing they are just running into the limitations of the MA's Cry2 engine. For those that may not have been on planet the first few months after it's release, it was the very best planet in EU. Really unbelievable with as much detail and no lag.

2. Mobs HP. They have changed the mobs around so that it takes a lot more ammo to kill plus they hit a bit harder. I found it really odd that I was going after my favorite 'puny' mob for power cells..to find me needed to heal after every other kill. Now what's odd about this is that I'm at around 3.4k evade, so I would hate to see what the new players are going through to get their simple free hover bike.

At the end I do understand fully why they haven't release the planet as of yet keeping it in the soft launch status. But I bet they are working hard with MA and will at some point bring out one of the best planets in EU.

Yeah, if they were uncommon issues, I would, but again, I'm guessing the developers are pulling their hair out at this very moment to try and fix these well known issues they most likely are dreaming about at nights as well .

From all that I have seen and their name, I have a good feeling they will work it out if not buy MA to fix the problems at the end if they can't get MA to work with them on these issues. This will be the #1 planet! (don't tell anyone on Arkadia I said this btw)

As a beginner on Cyrene, I would like to share my first impressions.

First ofc I went hunting since I'm a hunter. By not knowing the best spots this means that you have to explore a lot to find the Cyrene creatures. Since I am used of lots of performance issues from the "main planet", I played in Low resolution, but sort of figured that there is much less lag on Cyrene than on any other planet so I switched to medium and I really liked what I saw

Since Cyrene is kinda new, I wont complain on bugs or "features" I dont like. I believe in giving new planets a chance and also give them time to improve things. So far I like what I see though

Maybe keep an eye on the fishes at that Waterfall TP area, many of them are in "Unreachable" status which makes it hard to hunt them

A big plus is the Cyrene Weapons like i.E. Enkiss Dire S.13 - which is so far one of the best hunting guns I tried (looted it on Cyrene). with these looted items, I believe that Cyrene becomes more popular if the drop rate on these items does not become rare.

And, just a side note, the density of some spawn could be higher, like any kind of robots etc.
