This armor is an Imperium Armor and not an A.R.C. Armor, hence the name change =)

I do hope they got the ranged weapons right before the vu... 10x the ammo for the same damage as other guns is not really eco.

Yes, we'll get this fixed before the Mini Patch.

It's something we've been working with MA about, since it is UL it will be more rare, but atm it's too rare.

Its not too rare it never been in stock. Imo what about the L version will it be stocked soon?

About the daily mission : 500 sweat.

2 main questions:
1- Do you need to bring 500 sweat or you have to sweat yourself the 500 sweat?

2- Each badge worth only 1 ped? Will not be better to increase this to 2k sweat? so give a better income to new players?

500 seems a nice balance. can get about 400 sweat per hours so just over 2 hours will give a badge and a ped or so. takes work but dont have to make the choice of sweating to sell the sweat or turn in the mission.

The swamp lurker prime are too scarce and on to crappy of a spawn (on a hillside) for 75 a day for the whole planet to hunt... Please make a new spawn for them.

"The A.R.C. Initiate Armor is now called Stolen Imperium Armor, this armor will not be available at the Rank 1 Stage of A.R.C. once the VU goes live, however, after the Mini Patch this armor will be able to be acquired for a limited time at a different NPC."

Can we get some confirmation this change will be will be made in the upcoming mini patch next week?

I really hope, this will be done fairly so that players like myself (currently at 189 badges), dont miss out on the armor.

I think you and MA should consider more carefully what to add in game.
Because We the players don't like to play/pay for dummy or non-existing content.

I just wanted to say thank-you to Kris for putting up with all the stuff that's been thrown his way. He's taken a lot of crap that he doesn't have a lot of say in. Community Managers for any game get to hear more of the bad than good sometimes. I think the VU looks great, and look forward to the additional updates in the Mini-patch.

Customer Service is about actually "listening" to ones customers. I think Kris has done a good job of taking all the concerns back to the powers that be and influence necessary change.

agreed, some of the comments i've seen in-game and on here have pretty unfair, and has shown some players in their true light.

i thought we were heading towards a DoTA 2 Diretide situation

The stolen imperium armor, while being slightly unbalanced with the extra acid, is not much better than ghost, which is close to tt value and widely available.

Well Xent x3 like rifle (stats) or less with upgrade parts in rank 2, 3... Might do the trick

Put Pulsar 4 or Mark.2E plates on it for even more unbalance and you have the solution for Proteron everyone was waiting desperately for. It fills a gap, that's why they come scrambling to Cyrene all of a sudden, even those that never bothered to checkout the planet before. There are plenty of great balanced armour sets in game, nobody needs yet another one. It is highly specialized gear like this which attracts interest. Can't imagine this was not well known by its creators.

Hell yeah I came for the armor. I am liking the arc badge missions and ideas. But I expect to get what I came for in the first place. I am also doing token missions, and a lot of daily and iron missions. I like the gun, and will get if it ever becomes available. But I think it should be bound like the armor. I like the bound gear. stops me from selling it in a bind.

500 sweat sounds good. it is pretty doable in a few dedicated hours, maybe 3 or 4 afk'd hours and also gives noobs both a way to slowly accumulate this award and some ped to play with too selling excess sweat.

As always, it's a good thing when sweat becomes useful again.

Such another huge disappointment.....
Such a large amount of ped spent on cyrene this last couple months dedicated to getting the Initiate armor.

My motivation now to stay and continue to "earn" badges?....is that after some additional 100k+ ped turnover I can have the opportunity to finally buy a UL set after stage 3? 200 badges S1 + 500 badges S2 + 750? badges S3. Ark's armor is much cheaper and you dont even have to earn it...just buy it.

That makes even less sense than continuing to kill 10,000 punys after the last UL pistol was removed from the mission. Keeping the prize as a noob L pistol instead of changing the prize entirely... just added insult to injury.

So suddenly make the faction missions easier for all people then say we MUST make the reward L armor because it is easier for all people to get and now only worthy of L armor. ...that's more of an insult than a justification.

The solution seems simple to me, stand by the people that support you. MA and Cyrene need to come to an understanding that all players who hold "old/pre VU" badges will be allowed to continue with their original contract/quest for their Armor.

...fight for your people, your people will fight for you.

There is a rather large group of players that have very little love or trust for MA in general. They are glad to see new planets they are able to call home...places they like and trust.
