We are pleased to welcome you to the official Planet Cyrene forum

For those signing up between now and the first of May 2012, you will receive a 'Cyrene Pioneer' badge showing on your posting profile. The badge is meant to honour those who joined us as the first 'pioneers' to take part in the Cyrene adventure journey from the very first moment.

We have tried to create a simple and uncluttered forum, so it is easy for you to navigate around.

Please, read the forum rules here. The general rule is that everyone is welcome and that we treat each other with respect. But there are also a few practical guidelines that should be followed.

There are 4 different forum designs available which we hope you like.

Choose your favourite design at the very bottom of the page to the left in the "Style Chooser".

- press the button and a window pops up open where you can select:

Planet Cyrene
- A beautiful forum style that appears to hover on your screen, and displaying a picture of Planet Cyrene seen from space in the background. This is the default style.

Cyrene Dark
- A style with a darker background colour and featuring a top image.

Cyrene Black
- A black and white styled forum design with a top image. A typical gaming forum design.

Cyrene Extra Wide
- A normal forum style using flexible width, which changes to strecth arcoss your browser window.

The forum is still new and we are constantly working on improving it. You will notice a lot of little customized features - one of which is the cool Cyrene smilies made by the awesome art work team exclusively for this forum. In the future there will also be customized moods and reward systems and much more.

We look forward to informing you about the future of Planet Cyrene, share great stories and pictures - and to spend many hours having fun with everyone.

If you have comments regarding the forum, questions, ideas or regular feedback, please do not hesitate to send me a private message and I will return as soon as possible.

As Lykke mentioned, the forum is still a work in progress, but the work done so far is truly cool. If you're a member of EntropiaPlanets.com, then you know the level of effort that is put into making our forum experiences the best they can be, and with unique features that just make it fun and easy.

We have excellent Administrators here who are extremely helpful, so if you need anything or have any questions, just ask, and I'm sure you'll be taken care of rather quickly.

Thanks Ace ... I'm sure Lykke and the other Admins who worked on it will appreciate your comments. I happen to agree with you as well. The forum and different styles offered simply rock, and I'm extremely pleased that we are continuing to use the XenForo forum application because as far as I'm concerned, it beats the vBulletin app hands down. I absolutely love it!

The fact that Lykke and the Admins work so hard to make our experiences the best they can be is also very commendable, because I know first-hand that they put a LOT of work into it for our benefit, and they totally get my respect for their efforts.

Yes I agree with all the positve posts this is a great looking forum most likely the main one I will be using when Cyrene goes live as I will be spending alot of time there it will become my new home. There can't be a party without YOU ... you ARE the party (sometimes - when you're not luring people into your pet pit of pain) ... so I would venture to say that you didn't miss a thing.

However, stay tuned, because you have to know that you're amongst party people up in here with LOTS of experience (you've been known to be a permanent fixture at these parties and celebrations, so you know what I'm talking about ), and Cyrene will not be lacking in this respect either.

Yours truly (as much as possible), will work toward keeping the energy level up and the party atmosphere present - especially on the weekends. I will be working with Ed on special events, as well as activities that are engaging and give Cyrene citizens additional things to do. Lykke and I will also be collaborating on some things, so there should be some interesting times ahead after launch.

MSR will also play a role in some of the events and activities on Cyrene, and unique interactive programming is on the agenda for discussion and implementation, but all of that will be announced in the MSR area of this forum.

In the meantime Softy ... glad to have you here 'gurlfriend' ... and I'm looking forward to creating new memories with our crazy-ass antics on Cyrene once it launches - I've missed our adventures.
