    Why tt of unl cyrene weapons is so low?

    just be glad it's sib and in the tt. Back in the old days, if you wanted to skill up on melee swords and axes, none of it was sib, and you still had the 10 minute thing going on. Imagine how frustrating it was back in 2007 using 2x0s and katsuichi line... that was my first 3 months in game...

    Crafting The ideal Blueprint Book ?

    one bp book per planet could work... but only as long as UL bps still exist, and not every thing is L... because knowing MA if you ask them to change it to one book per planet, they will make it all L... yikes. also, might not hurt to make the books have tt value of 2 pec instead of 1 ped...
