I don't think they are in the tt anymore... It was actually in the technician instead of tt, but that's the way rt rolls... putting L bps listed as UL, and vice versa, and all of that.

It started as an rt thing I think, but the bp for welding wire goes in the L Calypso book and not in the RT L book as things are right now.

My suggestion about this based on experiences with other apartments on other planets: DO NOT MAKE APARTMENT BUILDING COMPLEXES. They are too annoying with invisible wall bugs showing up, lag, etc. Also it's just bad to decorate a place no one will ever see or visit as all the buildings look...
