I've read but haven't found a complete list of things that can be used outside hub. Anyway my 2pec, not only for Hub but for all planet side different areas is the removal of MF implant. They could only block chips as they do with weapons / clothing...

Well, cyrene has no trees, arkadia has no sound, toulan has no players, NI has no... You got the picture, I believe this game is reverting to planet calypso instead of entropia universe.

I never even seen fine hide on cyrene, but making dificult to craft local textures, is like not wanting cyrene stuff beeing over the universe. I was pretty anxious to use seawrath texture but when I saw what it uses, I gave up
