Lo and Behold, the Fixer of Bugs

Hello everyone,

While today we do have some bug fixes rolling out for certain issues; Hail Lazidol! mission, a fix for the Empis Wasp Queen FAP combine, as well as some more simpler ones. These will come with the Mini Patch next week.

That being said, there will be no new content added to Planet Cyrene today, October 4th 2016.

We are still focused on resolving the issues that are currently plaguing Cyrene, especially the loot drops / vendor item stocks, as well as laying down a ground work for future players to have a better starting experience and veteran players to have a multitude of complete game play options on Cyrene.

In the mean time, we will be updating the Cyrene Dynamic Upgrade Map with all the players work during this time and sharing more about what we'll be doing and what is coming up for Cyrene, not limited to but including: shops, booths, land areas, new content, and PvP.

Each will get their own forum thread and all players can post feedback about the new content before it comes out.

For what it's worth, we just finally looted a Compouned (sic) Plastic Seal Blueprint which we couldn't get for couple hundred thousand clicks before that.

Enough to make rodents happy. :)

The hitbox issue got a huge improvement, anyone tested on Cyrene already how it plays out on the mobs that were problematic?

It appears that another PP has taken up the land plots concept this vu, so it is no longer restricted to the original planet.
As such, this adds to the list of what could be available on (or near) Cyrene, but isn't. I refer, of course, to tree harvesting, which links to plots via the composite planks used to buy larger plots, and the space mob training area, which I assume is still missing from an area of space close to the space station.

I agree that the loot drops is a plagued issue, however, if it is still screwing up useful crafting and is still on the well known 'timer'....
I also think we need more information on the rewards of various long missions. You say "veteran players to have a multitude of complete game play options on Cyrene" - I imagine this involves missions, yes?

So now my handgun sounds like a frickin cannon, And my damage enhancers are bigger than my gun. Thanks team for working on what wasn't broke , and breaking it , and not doing anything to known issues.

However the ^post sounds positive at first glance, but a double take it could also be read like: :test:
'Hey we want to do this but not anytime soon. So we plan to keep everyone occupied chatting about it for a long time before we even start coding/designing for anything.'
But hope that's not the case and the work is ongoing & in earnest.

Perhaps start some of those promised forum threads asap?? :headscratch:

This is definitely untrue and unjustified, at least this time. A lot of things got fixed and improved and feature requests finally implemented. Care to look.

What are those lots of things fixed on cyrene?
Where exactly do you see improvement?

Most fixes are to the main program. Hitboxes, window settings, sounds, screenshot feature and whatnot. Longstanding bugs and feature requests. We can bash MA until the cows come home, but today they did good. Read release notes and comments on PCF.
